Shipping policy

Our target is to send all orders out within 1 working day of receiving them.

A tracking number is provided upon shipment if the email address is provided.

Please also provide a phone number for all international orders as this is required by the carrier.

Target delivery times: NZ Nationwide 1-2 working days. International: 5-10 working days.

Returns and exchange policy

We accept returns and exchanges on the following basis: you make contact with us within 7 days of receiving your goods. Goods must be returned in original packaging with no signs of use/damage. Exchange solution dependent upon items in stock. Returns shall be refunded within 7 days of goods reaching our door.

If goods have been damaged in transit please take photos of the goods and notify us immediately. This ensures we are able to not only send a timely replacement order but helps us to record the damage and report this to the appropriate carrier.

OKU NZ is not liable for customs duty or taxes that may be imposed upon receiving your product/products. The customer is fully liable for these costs.
