I have changed my tea habits as I have several recent conditions that I need to keep at bay. One is bronchiectasis - need immunity and respiratory support. Another is reflux and Barretts aesophagus - need to cut out caffeine. And diverticulosis - the kawakawa smoothie a couple of times a week prevents it becoming diverticulitis. Whew! I like the taste and feel good having an NZ product and Maori herb wisdom.
