well it was good because i got a free infuser for my first order. it all arrived in good time and the relaxing tea, whilst not my favorite, is pleasant. i'm looking forward to seeing the earl grey. also i haven't heard anything about my suggestion to put 2 holes in the silicone top of he infuser. it greatly improves the speed and strength of the tea.
