Can I use discount codes with the Black Friday pricing?

No, this is the most discounted you will find our whole range all year, so discounts wont work!

Are Items Limited?

Yes. All ŌKU formulas are made in small batches from wild harvested Aotearoa botanicals. Once a product sells out it will not be restocked during the sale.

How long will shipping take?

We do our best to ship within 48 hours. Couriers get very busy during this period so please allow a few extra days for your order to arrive.

Once shipped, expect between 2 - 5 days for NZ, 7 - 12 days for AU and 5 - 21 days internationally.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes we ship internationally. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.

What about Free Shipping?

Free shipping when you spend over $80 for NZ or $100 for AU or rural NZ (nzd) (excludes any further international, sorry!). No code is needed, this is automatically applied when you checkout.  

How Long Will the Sale Last?

Sale runs from 21st of November until the 1st of December.

What is your returns policy during Black Friday?

We accept returns on unopened products within the standard returns window. Because of the nature of our products we cannot accept returns on opened items.
